For women, the most common adjustment is lowering a small bump on top of the nose, narrowing the bridge of the nose, and refining the tip to be smaller, slightly raised, and delicate appearing. This helps the eyes seem larger and more radiant. For men, a strong, straight nose with an angular well defined tip is usually the goal.
